Madison Young-Mogul - Writer/Director/Producer
Madison Young-Mogul (they/she) is an award winning filmmaker, curator, author, community activist and performance artist. Young was one of the pioneers of the feminist porn movement of the early aughts and their work is included in university course study on the topics of feminist and gender studies at universities around the world. Young is the author of three books including Daddy: The Memoir which By the Roots has been adapted from. Young is the writer/director/producer/host of the LGBTQ travel documentary television series - Submission Possible on Revry TV .
Their off-Broadway solo theater performance - Reveal All Fear Nothing - was developed with collaborator Annie Sprinkle and toured the United States from 2016 - 2019.
Young serves as the artistic director of the LGBTQ non-profit organization Alchemy Film Foundation in San Francisco as well as the Executive Producer of Empress in Lavender Media.

Laura Wagner - Producer
Laura Wagner is an award-winning creative producer of feature films and documentaries. She recently produced the feature documentaries ARTIFISHAL, which premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival, and ART 21 “San Francisco Bay Area,” which premiered on PBS.
Her films have premiered at top-tier film festivals including Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, BAMcinemaFest, Seattle, Rotterdam, Melbourne and many more, and have enjoyed success worldwide in theatrical markets, on television and on digital streaming platforms.
She is the recipient of the Sundance Institute’s Creative Producing Fellowship and Lab, the San Francisco Film Society’s Kenneth Rainin Foundation Fellowship and Grant, and the IFP/Cannes Marché du Film Producer’s Network Fellowship. She is also a Film Independent fellow and grant recipient and an alumna of the Trans Atlantic Partners program, the Rotterdam Lab and Berlinale Talents.

Ally Sheedy - Executive Producer
Following her film debut in 1983's Bad Boys, she became known as one of the Brat Pack group of actors in the films The Breakfast Club (1985) and St. Elmo's Fire (1985). She also acted in WarGames (1983) and Short Circuit (1986). For her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998), Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. According to IMDB, High Art was nominated for a number of awards, and won the GLAAD Media Awards 1999 Outstanding Film (Limited Release).

Silas Howard - Executive Producer
Silas Howard is an award-winning feature film, documentary film, music video, web series and television director and writer, with a longtime focus in telling honest, boundary-shattering narratives filled with groundbreaking characters. His career took off in 2001, when his first feature film, By Hook or By Crook premiered at Sundance Film Festival, ultimately winning Howard five Best Feature awards across the festival circuit. Howard has since directed and written award-winning feature films, documentaries, musical videos, web series and television episodes. Recent television credits include Transparent, The Fosters, Faking It, Hudson Valley Ballers, and NBC's upcoming series This Is Us.
What's next for Silas Howard? San Francisco Film Society, in partnership with the Kenneth Rainin Foundation, has awarded Howard their 2015 Filmmaking Grant, to produce his newest feature film, The Lusty, about the world's first exotic dancers' union.
Silas Howard received his MFA at UCLA in directing and is a Film Independent Directors Lab Fellow, Nantucket Screenwriting Colony Fellow, the 2014-15 Arthur Levitt Fellow at Williams College and a 2015 Guggenheim Fellow.

Erynn-D-nae Turner- 1st Assistant Director
Erynn-Dnae is a dynamic American singer and actress whom was born in the city of Stockton, California. With a passion for performance that ignited at the age of 12, Erynn-Dnae has captivated audiences across multiple platforms, bringing her talent to both stage and screen. A true musician at heart, she picked up the violin at 7 and has honed her craft ever since.
Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Communications Digital Media from California State University, Sacramento, Erynn-Dnae blends creativity with a sharp understanding of media production. With over 10 years of experience in production, Erynn-Dnae has worked in nearly every department, gaining invaluable behind-the-scenes knowledge. From crafting scripts to managing logistics, and even stepping into the role of Assistant Director, she brings a comprehensive understanding to every project. When she's not in front of the camera, you’ll find her fully immersed in the process of making films and shows come to life.

Laura Valladao - Cinematographer
Laura Valladao is a Cinematographer based in Brooklyn, New York. She brings a focused curiosity to each project, collaborating to craft an honest and unique visual language for every film. She shot two feature films that have premiered in the NEXT program at Sundance: "Fremont", directed by Babak Jalali in 2023, and "Premature", directed by Rashaad Ernesto Green in 2019. "My Nephew Emmett", directed by Kevin Wilson Jr. won the Student Academy Award in 2017 and went on to be nominated for an Oscar. Laura's documentary credits include "Dear Mama: The Saga of Tupac and Afeni Shakur" directed by Allen Hughes. Her commercial work has received awards from the AICP, and her work on the Danish TV series “Limboland” directed by Rikke Schjødt, helped season one to win TV Prisen for Best Television Series.
When she isn't shooting, you can find Laura backcountry camping in Death Valley or surfing at Rockaway Beach.

Jes Gallegos (they/them) is a cinematographer, producer, director, editor and documentary filmmaker based in San Francisco, California. They specializes in cinéma vérité and complex interview lighting.
They have collaborated across media platforms for many of the world's leading brands such as National Geographic, Buzzfeed, Vice, Wall Street Journal, Discovery Channel, Netflix, Google, Dropbox, Salesforce, Shopify, Airbnb, Dow Jones among many others.
They have made work with filmmakers like Monika Truet on ‘Gendernation’, Marc Smolowitz on’ The G word,’ Cheryl Dunye on the FX series ‘Pride’, Morgan Fallon on ‘Elvis Goes There’, and Rivkah Medow on ‘Ahead of the Curve’.
In their free time, they organize Rock Paper Film Society, a Bay Area women/non-binary folks in film with over 2,000+ members.

Maya Herbsman - Intimacy Coordinator
Maya Herbsman is an award-winning Bay Area based intimacy coordinator/director, director, and educator. She works in theater, film, and opera, and has near 100 professional credits across those mediums. Maya has had the privilege of working on numerous acclaimed indie films, including Dídi, Fairyland, and Avenue of the Giants. Other favorite live performance credits include The Handmaid’s Tale at San Francisco Opera, White Noise at Berkeley Repertory Theatere, and Romeo y Juliet at California Shakespeare Theatre. She has taught intimacy direction and coordination to students across the world through Stanford University, Intimacy Directors and Coordinators, and American Conservatory Theater. Maya is a graduate of Wesleyan University and has advanced training in trauma informed care.
Maya is passionate about working with artists to craft authentic, nuanced stories through intimacy. She is particularly invested in telling queer stories with queer artists and doing all she can to support those she’s working with. Val Elefante- Production Assistant
Val Elefante is a queer feminist writer, filmmaker, and technologist. She is dedicated to creating alternative digital spaces and infrastructure to support erotic art, queer self-expression, and sex work. Val is Head of Research and Community at Reliabl.ai, a feminist technology company building more equitable and participatory moderation systems for community platforms, which have been successfully implemented on live applications including Lips (lips.social). Lips is a social commerce platform for women, non-binary, & LGBTQIA+ creatives to share their work without biased censorship or harassment developed by the same team behind Reliabl.
Val also makes erotic films, writes a technology newsletter called “Sextech with Val”, and teaches yoga around the world. -
Lydia Daniller - Photographer
Lydia is a San Francisco based portrait and editorial photographer. She is also a dear friend and I’ve had the immense honor of collaborating with her for close to two decades. I’ve modeled for photographers all around the world and Lydia is not only one of my favorite people but is also my all time favorite photographer to work with. She brings love and beauty to all she sees and is able to bring the inner light of each individual into her photography.
